Management simulations (also known as management games or business games) have been used for many years. In as early as 1957, the American Management Association developed the first ‘general management simulation’. Since that day, many dozens of games and simulations have been developed, but the progress in quality has been remarkably less notable.

eGlobe is our latest simulation model linked with the latest internet technology. The multimedia simulation is wholly web based and available in Dutch and English. It is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your training needs. Even more importantly, perhaps, eGlobe is capable of giving personal, didactic feedback. That makes it a genuinely educational simulation where the black box in the simulation becomes a transparent box for the participant, without the supervisor having to know the ins-and-outs and having to provide clues all the time.

In the management simulation eGlobe, the participants are in teams and responsible for the strategy, marketing, production, operations, finance, Human Resources and Research & Development of a multinational corporation. They compete against other teams and the success of the strategy adopted depends on the strategies of the other teams and the scenarios initiated by the game leader.

eGlobe can be easily integrated with current training programmes. It can be purchased on its own or with a licence for multiple copies. This simulation is ready made, including hosting, however, custom made work can be performed quickly and easily.
