Effective change
Many organisations (big, small, profit, non-profit, government) develop new promising strategies only to find out that it is actually awfully difficult to implement them. Successful change depends not only on carefully thought-out strategy, but also on a company culture that is open to change.
A lot of resistance to change is caused by the fact that employees are not involved in the process, and do not understand why changes are made, so they are not prepared to change. Give employees the chance to experience the change before it is presented. Make sure to convert uncertainty and natural suspicion into trust and an active participation.
